A GUIDE TO TYPICAL INVESTMENT

This work focuses on improving how decisions are made and how change holds in practice. It is reflective, diagnostic and grounded in real organisational context rather than delivery of predefined outputs.

Because of that, investment varies according to what is needed, who needs to be involved and the depth of support required.

To provide a sense of scale:

  • Board or leadership advisory A focused diagnostic, board workshop or short advisory engagement typically sits in the range of £2,500–£5,000, depending on organisational complexity and the preparation involved.
  • Extended advisory or transformation support Longer engagements are usually agreed on a monthly basis and commonly range from £3,000–£8,000 per month, depending on scope and involvement.

These figures are indicative and are always shaped to the organisation and the work required.

WHAT THEINVESTMENT SUPPORTS

The value lies in clarity.

Time is spent understanding how your organisation actually functions, helping leaders see what is shaping outcomes, and supporting decisions that people can sustain in practice.

The intention is to strengthen internal capability and confidence, not reliance on external support.

AGREEING WHAT
MAKES SENSE

We begin with a conversation about your situation, constraints and priorities.

From there, we'll recommend an approach that is proportionate, realistic and useful. Sometimes this is a focused piece of advisory work. Sometimes it is a longer period of support alongside leadership and teams.

Either way, scope and cost are agreed clearly at the outset.
